New Website & Forum Launch - Wednesday 8th October

Dear Users

On Wednesday, we will be setting live our new look website. So that we can migrate all of the data from the current live site there will be a need to prevent new User registrations and Posts on the forums.

User Registrations will be closed from 14:00 BST (GMT +1) and the last posts on the forums will be closed around 18:00 BST. After this time the site will remain up but there will be no new posts on the forums.

Once the new site goes live we will restore user registrations and you will be able to post on the new Forums. we expect the site to be live in the early hours of Thursday.

WHY CHANGE THE SITE?
The site is getting a little old now and needs a clean up so that we are able to deliver new features in the future.

WHAT WILL BE DIFFERENT ON THE NEW SITE?
At launch the main difference for users will be the design of the site making it feel a lot more modern. From a technical point of view there has been a complete rewrite so that we can deliver a faster user experience and a over the coming months lots more features.

The forums will have the biggest change at launch. We have installed a brand new engine with some nice new features such as Polls and the new chat system.

We hope you enjoy the new site and hope you can be patient with us tomorrow while we move the site across.

If you wish to make any posts please register within the next half an hour. New Registrations will be reopened tomorrow.
