| We are booked to go end July/August this year and have read horrible reports about it. I urgently need to know if anyone has been to his hotel and seek their advice please.

| well where do i start. we too had heard unpleasent reports. we flew back this morning at 2am and i feel so compelled to write this reveiew. it exceeded all expectations. the hotel is lovely clean welcoming and extrememly comfortable. the food is continental so if you do want english then you will be dissapointed. but the food is fantasic and a wide variety on offer.it is good value for money and the staff cant do enough for you.the hotel staff are freindly and helpful they love children and often pay them more attention.
the rooms are clean and we did have a problem with plumbing bit they sorted it out no problems.and promptly. the pools are well cared for and clean, there are two big pools the larger one with the slide is slighlty heated and the freeform one isnt.
there is also a indoor pool which is just going to open this week i think.
there is also the Animation team who put on sketches and caberet in the evenings. they are funny and entertaining oh and bingo in about eight languages.
we had a wonderful holiday if any one wants to know where to get things near this hotel then feel free to contact me
oh it is right on the beach, wonderful!!!!!!

| Thank you thank you thank you! I have actually been too scared to come back onto this site and the joy at reading your reply - well, you'll never know!
We have two boys (one aged 8 and one aged 11). Anywhere you'd recommend we take them? We are thinking of hiring a car.
Now I can start counting down the days instead of dreading it! 25 days in fact. Can't wait.....

| Don't go to this Hotel. The Hotel was too busy, the food was good, nice not to see burgers etc., but the restaurant was like a canteen and there was always a rush for the tables, no air conditioning and very noisy. And if you were not early enough you had to sit at somebody else's used table as the Waiters did not clean the tables after use. The bar and restaurant staff were abrupt to the point of rudeness but the evenings entertainment was good, and very impressive that the Bingo Caller could call the numbers out in 9 different languages. Had numerous problems with the room and they weren't cleaned properly. We were just above the entertainment so we had to watch it or not sleep! Told the hotel about the problems in the room but the sink plunger, plumbing and the toilet seat were not fixed before we left, not were the broken light bulbs changed. The room stank of sewage (because of the plumbing problem). Would probably suit families with younger kids, but anyone else would not enjoy it. Although we made the best of it and had a couple of brilliant excursions one a 2 day trip to the Sahara. Had to take taxis to Hammammet and Yasmine.
I think you would enjoy this Hotel more if you went outside of the Summer School Holidays as the Hotel was crammed full and I don't think they could cope.
