I was a van owner at a Haven site and, throughout the five years, we had numerous problems; many associated with incorrect billing, low cleaning standards and poor return on lettings. We feel we were also treated unfairly when we sold the van back to them. You are right to think they only seem interested in selling vans and when they have sold one, as an owner, you are no longer of any importance. I have recently written to Haven regarding the series of problems we encountered but am still awaiting a reply. If I get no response, I will be contacting the Office of Far Trading.
