| Thanks for that but that review covers the camping facilities. We would be hiring a caravan - can anyone help?

| Have not been there but as they other you to go to both Weymouth Bay and Seview Im sure it would be great for the kids because you have use of both the park facilities. Haven often tend to offer good ranges of facilities for kids

| We've not been to the Seaview, but have been a few times to Weymouth Bay, which is just down the hill from Seaview, the location is ideal, you can get bus into Weymouth, not worth taking the car as the bus fares are quite cheap, you can buy a day ticket and use it as much as you like, there is a pub between the 2 parks which is child friendly, think its called The Ship, we ate there on several occasions, food is good, also a small Italian, a fish and chip shop and outside Weymouth Bay caravan park there is a good Spar shop, these are all within easy walking distance of Seaview.

| Hi, we have been to weymouth many times and really enjoyed it. As the others say seaview is attached to weymouth bay, you can use both parks freely, i would stay on weymouth bay side if you havnt already booked. Weymouth is great for the kids. Plenty of pubs near seaview all child friendly, you can walk down to the beach through seview site and through another site cant remember what its called. The spyglass is xcellent for meals. I would try to get hold of a weymouth guide when you get there, plenty free of charge in the site office, local pubs and shops, you will find plenty of vouchers for places to visit and money off meals ect. we saved a fortune getting the kids to pick 1 up every time they went in a shop. If you can get to visit swanage, lovely beach, shops, few amusements for the kids. We also had a great day out at a castle, watched jousting competition, did archery ect, tarctor rides free. cant comment on seaview entertainment but weymouth is great, loads of free activities on the site every day, out youngest is footie mad and loved the training camps, we joined in with the family cricket and rounders matches, did a fun mini sports day, all this was not really our scene before we went but we really enjoyed it. Hope you and your family have as much fun as we always have. Oh, dont forget the crossings over to jersey--a real treat, bit expensive but well worth it.

| I went to Weymouth Bay last year and it is a lovely clean site. I had problems with the caravan not being clean and had to complain. The complaint was handled well at the site but if you have to write to Head Office beware as you are advised to send letters by recorded delivery but they won't refund the cost!
I would take kids here as they have a lovely outside pool and evening entertainment. There is a nice outside patio area right by a play area so it's still possible to enjoy a drink from the bar.

| We went last year. OK it was August but the cost of the caravan was ridiculous for what it was. There was never any seating together for 5 people in the club if you arrived after 7 and the drinks were astronomical in price. We had a good week but boy did we pay for it! We could have gone abroad for less. We will not be going back.
