| Hi is there anyone who knows to what extent the works are as my inlaws recieved a call from 1st choice telling them the windows in each room are being replaced and the indoor swimming pool is closed they said that the work will be finished by the end of june and offered them a change of dates but yes as this is only a week before they fly out and to late to change holiday arrangements at work and it was booked back in january i think they have been hard done by but the lass at the call centre says that as long as the hotel is open then no compensation is on offer! just want to put there minds at rest as at the end of the day its somewhere to sleep but when you have paid good money for a quality hotel that it what you expect not billy the builder fitting new windows while you are out at the beach/pool
