| Well the island spirit is an 'informal' cruise meaning if you dont like dressing up..then its for you in a nutshell.
I myself prefer the more formal ships to dress up and where i dont look like the odd one out. Some people still do it mind you.
People of all ages go with island cruises, we first went on the escape then the spirit. The spirit in august 2005.
As i remember the drinks prices were about standard. Around £1 for a can of coke and about £2-3 for a beer. I believe the choice at the time was Stella Artois and Oranjeboom.
I stand to be corrected on this though as people will have been on the ship since then and probably have a better memory than me.
Thomson's cruises arent bad at all. Cheap and cheeful!
