We are going on island star in August. Can anyone tell me if any drinks are free, i.e. tea, coffee, soft drinks?

We went on the island star in june last year, we paid for all alcoholic drinks.
Tea, coffe and some soft drinks ie:orange juice, pineapple juice were free in the beachcomber restaurant. if you go in the cafe that is next to the shops you will pay for any drinks here but you will only pay at the end of your cruise as its a cash free ship. hope you enjoy it we did and have booked my mum to go on the island escape for her 60th next year!

Tea, coffee and water are available 24 hrs a day in the Beachcomber Restaurant - just help yourself. All soft and alcoholic drinks are available from the bars at a charge which is about the same as UK pub prices - about 2.60 for a pint of beer, Cocktails are about 2.95 but they have 2 or 3 cocktails of the day that are 2.40. Wine is good value in the restaurants - most bottles are between 9 - 13 per bottle (better than you'd pay in a restaurant at home!
Hope that helps
