Tobacco prices

We are going to Garda in May. This is our first time in Italy and would be very grateful if anyone could tell me the price of Samaon or Drum tobacco. We always buy enough to last my husband from one holiday to the next so it would be good to know the price before we went. Also is the price government controlled like it is in Greece. Thanks
