I Won A Holiday To Jamaica - Any Advice?

Hi I won a 2 week holiday to jamaica and am staying at Negril and am nervous as have never been somwhere like this before. i am 20 and am going with a friend and dont have the first clue about jamaica. i am also vegetarian whats the food options out there? please help whats Negril like? i am going in may whats it like there then? any advice welcome.
