Hi,
Me and my girlfriend are off to Kos this October.......cant wait =)
We are stopping at Sunny Days Apartments in Tingaki, we've seen very mixed reviews about the place so im a tad worried, has anybody ever stopped there and is there much to do for couples in Tingaki?
We're quite like to do afew excursions while we're there too like pop over to Bodrum, Turkey for the day too, is it worth doing or is it totally knackering? haha
Any input would be great
Thanks

Hi: My wife and I have been to Kos 8 times, some times as holidaymakers other times on research.
Tingaki is a lot quieter than the like of Kardamena, Kefalos and Kos town. Though the beach is nice and you can walk out into the sea a very long way before it gets to your chest.
There are a line of tavernas along the beach, where I guess you'll be spending your evenings.
The very next resort if you can call it a resort is the port of Mastihari where you can catch a ferry over to Kalymnos or Nysyrros to see the volcano.
To go to Rhodes or Bodrum you'll have to go into Kos town and reserve at the harbour. Yes, it's a full day and to be honest October's weather can be windy, so it's down to luck.
I hope that's a little help.
