Kos is quite nice a place for "younsters"--I mean for 18-30 age group.
We stopped at a place called Kamari which is on the south side.
you can get cheap taxis from Kos Town where most of the nightlife is.
Try and stop in Kos town if you can--the liveliest place otherwise Kamari is ok as well.
In the day, you can travel in local buses.
plenty to do on the beach
have fun

| Kardamera is more lively than Kumari, however Kos town is the liveliest.
The island itself can be explored within a day and that leaves the evenings for going out.

| Hiya,
I used to live on Kos in the resort of Kardamena,(i am now
a travel agent)
Its a great resort, there are enough nightclubs and bars
around for entertaining you in the evenings. Club 18-30
have been using this resort for years, so if there wasnt
enough things to do they wouldnt keep going back there
year after year
Great beach there with watersports should you wish it

| Kadamena is probably your best bet, Kefalos is very quiet and sedate, Masterhari and Tinkagi are just a little bit more upbeat but Kadamena is the place for everything that is happening, hope that helps we,ve been going to Kos for years so i feel we know the place quite well, we also have quite afew friends who live in kos so we also get the locals prospective on things.
