Apartment for sale Parque Santiago 2 - advice

Has anyone stayed here, or know anything about the complex we are thinking of buy a apartment here, for £130,000 and need to know a little more if its a good investment?

stayed at park santiago 3 about 12 years ago and visited friends in santiago 2.
not very impressed, pool was dirty and walkways were untidy, plenty of cockroaches.
take a look around before you buy, santiago 3 was 100% better.
