New Apartment Complex in Los Cristianos

Dear Friends
My Wife and I have just completed the purchase of a new apartment in the complex known as "Dinestia" situated between Castle Harbour and Paradise Park Hotel we have yet to form a comunity for the complex but this should be sorted out shortly
But in the meantime we have only one problem and I believe that this is common in Spain we cannot get the Builder to commision the lifts they have given us every excuse in the book but I think the truth of the matter is that without the formal body of a community to pay the bills for the electricity and maintainance contract they will not turn them over to us this seems like a poor way of running a business
We are very upset that we have paid out every euro that was demanded for our home in the sun, but as my wife suffers from M.S. she cannot manage the stairs to our apartment [ we are on the fifth floor] has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you you resolve the problem
I believe that they should be legally bound to provide the lifts as was in the contract signed by both parties LIFTS TO ALL FLOORS

hello, we are looking to book at dinestia next april for 2 weeks would you recommend it to families. is there plenty of resturants and bars within walking distance.thanks jane
