| I know there was some discussion about this property before because of building works nearby, but has anyone actually been? I want to know what its like as I've just found a fantastic deal online: £174pp 7 nights SC in March! Need some sun!

| I have just returned from a week in the hotel (apartments are towards the rear) There was very little noise from the building work opposite the front of the hotel and as the apartments are at the rear so this should be even less. The hotel itself is classed as a 4 star but in my opinion its more like a 3 star (if that) with the lobby areas very impressive but other areas quite run down and tired. The Gym has lots of equipment that does not work (and hasn't done for a long time) The mens showers are disgustingly dirty with black mould etc and our 4 star room had mold on the bath mats and around the bath and the cleaner did little more than make the beds and empty the bin in our room during our stay. The food was pretty poor in the hotel itself although this is unlikley to bother any SC holiday makers (we went half board) Los Cristianos and Tenerife in general is a dump and very run down and dirty I certainly would not return again. I have visited Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura all of which are much, much better, the only part of the island worth visiting or staying in my opinion is the North which is quite beautiful in contrast. All in all a pretty poor holiday for £500 each, but hey, we live and learn! :(

| Hi,
I've just come back on Friday from 2 weeks at the Paradise Park. There is quite a bit of building work going on all around the hotel and apartments, we inevitably got an apartment with a balcony overlooking the main works (commercial centre) which is right opposite most of the apartments. But although it was not very nice to look at, it did not cause us any problems as the bedrooms are pool facing, so we didn't get woken up by the noise. Overall, we had a good stay there. So I'd say go ahead and grab your bargain! - Oh, and have a great time, the weather was brill!!
