Villa Mandi Tenerife

Hi all,
about to book the last 2 weeks of August 2006 to Villa Mandi in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about it, I'd love to know. Also how near is it to resort centers and beaches (walking distance)? Thanx in advance :cheers:
