hi guys

my girlfriend and i are thinking about heading to the perhentians in july...we have romantic visions about lying under the stars on the beach at nite, sitting on the sand..at night that kind of thing - oh so romantic lol

my q is: is this possible with all the insects and lizards on the island, especially coming out at night...is it possible to lie on the sand or will the beach be full of creepies at nite?

Hi Jay,

Sorry to disillusion you & your girlfriends dreams of a romantic interlude on the beach.

But two white bodies laying out there on the sands, would be like 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' to the local insect life.

And liberal coatings of insect repellant makes kissing difficult.
