Has anyone stayed at the Mariners Club or Alcudia Pins in Al

I am looking to go in May half term and got some quotes from the travel agents on these apartments, have read the reviews and they seem a bit mixed so wondered if anyone can recommend them or should i avoid them? any help much appreciated .
