Transfers- Jumbo Tours

Hello All:)
Has anyone used a company called Jumbo tours for their transfers/shuttle in mallorca or should I start worrying
any info would be great

Hi Glen,

I know of Jumbo Tours, you have no need to worry. Alot of Tour Operators sub contract to them.

I have used Jumbo Tours for the past 4 trips to majorca. They are very efficient and get you to your hotel quickly, much quicker than the buses which holiday companies use. The only thing you MUST remember to do is ring them the day before your flight home when they will give you a reference number and a pick up time and place.
Staff are helpful and friendly, i have experienced no problems with them and would def recommend them!!!

just returned from majorca 4 july 2008. Jumbo tours had all the wrong details and left us at the wrong hotel (half board) instead of all inclusive
cost us money for the privilege. Picked us up 8.30am for half an hour journey to airport for flight at 12.05noon.

Hi Glen
Well Booked with Jumbo tours
Arrived Leeds Bradford (09/08/08)where I was to pick up tickets
Service air were running the information desk advised me there were no tickets but wrote me out a bording pass !!!
Arrived Palma around midnight advised no transfer
Jumped into a taxi to Alcudia 75euro later arrived at Hotel where night porter advised me I was not booked into the Hotel but kindly gave me a room for the night
Went to reception next morning who advised me I was staying at sister Hotel
Arrived sister hotel who gave me a room advised me I was down as a no show. No one had advised me of a change of Hotel
Arrived back at Palma airport with no ticket went to Thompson rep who wrote me out a bording pass but advised me it was not the done thing!!

Hope you have or had better luck than me!!!

Hope it's not too late but Jumbo Trnsfers dropped us off at the wrong place in Ibiza and left, then failed to turn up for our return to the airport. Turns out a taxi would have cost 1/10th the cost, which we had to pay out anyway. Hope they're compensation department is more efficient!!!

We used jumbo for a break to Fuengirola. Excellent service at a good price.
