Malta with 3 year old and 3 month old baby - any advice?

Hi,

We want to go to Malta to see distant relatives who live in Sliema.

We have a 3 year old and a 3 month old baby and I have slight mobility problems so we need somewhere family friendly and easy to stay in.

Sleima area would be ideal, somewhere with an indoor pool (want to go over winter) and very family friendly. Needs to be VERY CLEAN as I am a bit paranoid about taking such a young baby on holiday.

Any suggestions, please???

PS - Meant to say - fancy the idea of a villa / house for self catering (as I think it might be much easier with a toddler and baby needing bottles etc) but am on a bit of a budget. Any ideas???
