| I cannot find any reviews for the Cosmoplitan apartments in Marmaris. We are going there next year. Can anyone tell us anything about them.

| I stayed at the Cosmopolitan resort on it's first year of opening a couple of years ago. It was the first time I visited Turkey and it was the best holiday ever. You have to walk for about 10 mins to get into the heart of things but the place is fantastic. A gorgeous pool and cool gym. You also get a free Turkish bath thrown in and you can pay for extra treatments. Very professional staff and the cleaners lay out your bed beautifully. I thought I was staying in a 5 star hotel! I highly recommend Daisy's club in town on Bar Street. They have a foam party!! You have to go on a boat trip, so cheap for what you get and you can swim in the sea. Enjoy..I'm hoping to go back next year too. x

| Yes, myself and my husband stayed there for our honeymoon in Sptember 2007. It is lovely and only a dolmus ride away from the town centre, about 5 minutes.
We enjoyed ourselves so much we are going again this year Sept 08 and staying in the cosmopolitan again.

| Myself and my two daughters (17 and 11) are staying at the Cosmopolitan for the first two weeks of August this year.
Never been to Turkey before and never abroad without another adult, but we are looking forward to it very much, looks a lovely place and we cannot wait and have started a count down!
We have a few day trips in mind and I was wondering what day trips any of you have done and what you recommend in and around Marmais?

| Have not been to Turkey before and am staying at this hotel. I am going with my 10 year old son. Is Marmais a child friendly place? Went to Bernidorm last year and thought it more for adults only.

| Just returned from stayin at the cosmopolitan resort. stayed there for 2 weeks and returned yesterday. stayed there 4 years ago and it was brilliant. however tthis time i was partially let down it has become very biased and more catered for the germans and dutch. however i will return again next year as i will not let things like this get in the way as there were a few problems.
one thing i will say u must give a go is in the evening if u wwish to be kept laughing all night long then try the Villa Sol. its out of the way from other bars but well worth a go. its along the beach fromt and not far away from The Talk Of the Town, just ask someone and they will point you in the right direction.

| Stayed at the Cosmopolitan resort with my girlfriend in June. Really lovely place. The staff were great and there are 2 pools. One pool with all the activity for kids during the day and another at the front of the hotel which was more relaxing if you've no kids with you.
Taxis outside hotel will try to take you down to the harbour but if you cross the road a blue and white dolmus bus takes you there for 1.25 Lira (50p).
We only discovered in our last few days that if you come out of the hotel and turn right (town is left) nd take the next exit on the left there are a few lively bars and restaurants for entertainment.
Be aware that you are on the outskirts of the resort but if you dont like hassle this ia positive as the PR people can be annoying.
