| Hi, for the past couple of years i have gone to Marmaris in September, but this year i am unable to go then so it would have to be the beginning of October. I am 24 and travel with my mum. Is everything shutting down then? I am a bit apprehensive as I don't want to be dissapointed if there is nothing to do for a fortnight. Any info on Marmaris at this time would be great and much appreciated,

Dont worry you will have a great time. Weather is nice and everything is open as usual. It usually becomes quietier around the middle of October but beginning of October is the best time to go as the weather in the evenings is cooler. Take cardis.

| Thanks for your reply, So are all the bars still open and do they still have a good atmosphere at beginning of oct?

| Yes everything is still open and the atmosphere beginning of October is really not much different from September. However, at the end of your holiday you may see it starting to slow down a bit.
