| We are staying in Icmeler in June 2008 with another couple. To escape shopping for a day us lads would like to do some boat fishing. Any info.

Not much fishing in that area fish are really small, you may see some men fishing around the marina in Marmaris, my Hubby is into fishing but in that area nothing doing at all.

| The Best Fishing Trip to be had in Icmeler or Marmaris for that matter is Finding Nemo, based in Marmaris harbour, the 1st fishing trip after the 2 men pulling nets statue. When we went it was October last year and the boat was funky orange but the best bit was truly the fishing and the amazing HOSTS!!! A lovely english lady and and her Turkish husband , he is the captain and the CHEF too!!! Superb lunch and my husband caught fish too! Kids also very welcome & groups of friends too. The BEST value in the whole bay. 5 Star truly will make your holiday.....

| We have been fishing for about 5 years now with the Finding Nemo boat. Tel 009 05365537365, the first fishing trip boat past the statue of the fishermen pulling in their nets. A bright orange boat run by a British lady, Linda and her husband Ibo. You can join a group or hire the boat for yourselves which is what we do, year after year!
They have a "no catch, money back guarantee" and you can't say fairer than that. They also have the relevant fishing licences that are now required by boats.
It is like going back to see old friends as they are very welcoming. They supply all tackle and bait and are both very knowledgable about the fish you can catch and how to!
If you are having lunch then be prepared! Ibo was a chef and you can expect some fantastic dishes so you won't be doing anything too energetic in the afternoon!
We can't recommend them highly enough, a good day from start to finish.
