| I Always look on the BBC weather before i go to get a rough idea, but now i dont bother becasue its usally hotter than what it says any way. . . . I prefer May & Oct to july/august as it is way too hot for me. . . we returned a couple of weeks ago went tO oLU Deniz and it hit 54 degrees . . Even the locals said it was hot . Was really good holiday though , gutted as came back to all this rain . . . : ( :P

| We stayed in the shade most of the time. Then went in the sea or pool to cool down. I am normally really bad at applying suncream, last time i used a factor 30 everyday and didnt burn and applied it regualry.
Have a good holiday , , , , :)

| Hi Cath, got back from Marmaris last night and I can confirm that it is in the 50s and is very very hot. Too hot to do anything in the day other than go in the pool and it stays about 35 degrees at night! Even the wind is scorching! I wouldn't go again in July or August but I did have a fantastic holiday nonetheless!

| got back from marmaris on 21st august from a two week stay at club anastasia, it was a great resort turkish so friendly. It was very hot but used a factor 25 and no one burnt. It hasnt put me off going again in august, my 6 year old just found it tiring walking in the heat but was happy as larry in the pool. will definately go again.
