Hi Everyone. .
I've found a holiday to go to the above named hotel in July but having real problems finding any reviews on it.
Please could anyone that's been there let me know what you thought in general, but then also this:
I've been told it's within a short walk to the beach & nightlife in Marmaris- is this true?
I'm a vegetarian, was there a decent choice of food?
Thanks in advance to anyone that can help
Helen

| This hotel is basic but nice and clean with a nice pool and friendly staff. The food is nice but I prefered the lunch time menu to the night time one. It's quite far to the beach, we tried to walk it but ended up with melted road stuck to our flipflops and blisters lol. I suggest getting the bus, its a short walk to the stop (3 mins?) and only costs 1,25 YTL (about 50-70p). There is usually rice and pasta dishes on offer as well as meat dishes but there is also a wicked salad bar, its very tasty.
I thought it was good value for money and was happy staying there but I got a bargin last minute deal. There are a lot of negative reviews but I think they are unfair.
(Just got back yesterday, 14/07/08)
Hope this helps.
Sharlene :)

| Hi, We arrived home today 23/07/08, the litera marmaris relax is fine, We booked and then read some real horror stories, forget them, the hotel is very clean, the staff are always flat out and go the extra mile, there is always plenty of food, good salad bar, lots of deserts, only 1 thing was chips, rice and/or pasta every day along with some meat dish although varied from day to day, set meal times, drinks served from 10am to 11pm free although from 10pm you had to take your glass to bar for a new 1, ( this is to stop people stock pilling drinks and then wasting them, fair point) after 11pm you have to pay for drinks, air con in rooms £25 for 1 week, the hotel itself was very clean, security on site at all times(most hotels in marmaris have them) all in all we was very pleased with our 1 week stay there
