We stayed at the Omni a woman went topless and got many nasty looks from the woman folk. My 21 year old son enjoyed it immensly. I say if you see other woman go for it... Ignore the old pervs leering at ya. They are just jealous they cant touch is all....K

I went to Mexico last year, stayed at the Occidental Grand Flamenco X-caret (how's that for a hotel name!)
Topless sunbathing was permitted at the adult only pool, but not at the family ones..
