Hi Have just retuned(2 April) from a week in Agadir and would recommend to everyone! In fact we loved it so much we are returning at the end of May!!! The beach is out of this world long and sandy but be careful of the sea breeze it can make the sun deceptive and you can burn I did!! There are beggers and sellers about but a firm and polite no thanks always seemed to work for us (we were also offered drugs, but be warned alot of these are undercover cops trying to catch tourists). The food is lovely and not expensive, our hotel was spotless (the Anezi) and everyone made you welcome. Tipping is a way of life and as a rough guide approx 10% of restaurant or bar bill with more for extra good service. We left the room cleaner 50 dhm at the end of the week and the barman got 20dhm on alternate nights which meant good service from him!!! You need to change money at the airport as is a closed currency but if not there are exchange facilities everywhere and loads of ATM's. Best to take a small amount to change when you first arrive then use the cash point. As a rough guide we were b~+b and for two of us spent approx 40-50 a day but we both like a drink. Any more questions please ask. I will do my best to help. Enjoy your holiday!!!!!

Hi,
We just got back from Asilah in Morocco. Like you fab exprience. It was beautiful. We had booked a house online and were a bit nervous of what we would find. It could not have been better. The house in the medina was great, Casa Mar, all nooks and crannies, the kids loved it for hide and seek. In fact they loved the whole experience and made friends with loads of the local kids. It felt far safer than the UK and they just ran free.
We found the house on this site: www.holidaymoroc.com

- really helpful people and they gave us good advice.
