| Can anybody tell me anything about the sunlight studios on Naxos , kosmar have changed us from the ikaros apts to them, any review sites that could help us would be great. alan

Same as yourself.
I typed in Google Naxos "Sunlight Studios" > 4th Item down theres is a bit of picture/info - does state grade A and lookds OK to me

| We can not find anything about the studios. Cant even find out how many roos it has - we like small family run studios- not big hotels. Have looked on google earth and can locate apartments with a similar shaped pool heading nearer the sea from ikaros studios- however google earth shows (if it is thesunlight studios to be rather more built up than the Kosmar brochure. looks like the fight is on for the sunbeds.

| Travel agent rang today to check that the changes were ok, he said the sunlight was grade A and we should'nt worry. lets hope so!.

Same here! booked ikaros studios because of some good reviews so we're miffed off its been changed. Came across this forum looking for Sunlight Studio reviews.
If anyone finds any info please let us know.

| On Tripadvisor ( naxos forum ) there's a poster thats going to the sunlight apts in mid may -- she's going to post a review when she returns - lets hope its a good one !, p/s another poster says the sunlight studios used to be called the Zaharatos studios , i can't find any reviews on that name either.

We have just returned from a week at the Sunlight Studios. They are ok, as the other reviews have said, but they are not A class (we had stayed in truly A Class the week before in Paros and so it was a bit of a shock to arrive there in naxos) and they are not of comparable quality to the Ikaros (everyone was going across to have a look at the Ikaros). That's about all I could really say, we booked the Ikaros because of the reviews and because they looked nice, and spacious with a good pool area and pool bar. The Sunlight are very basic, and in need of TLC. If you knew what you were booking, then it wouldn't be an issue - but they were not what we were after.
Rooms cleaned every day, no kettle (but we have only ever had one once at an apartment), adequate supplies of utensils. TV, air conditioning seems to be free.
Pool area unequipped - there are about 2 brollies and enough space for 7 people around the pool. And about 15 apartments. No pool bar.
Location is not as good as the Ikaros - the view of the field of cars or the derelict buildings not good. Nor of the AVIS repair place. There's also a lot of farmyard smells from the field of goats next door which you expect a bit of but not quite on the scale there was
