Hey everyone,
Im going to Orlando with my boyfriend at the end of June and have booked to stay in the Days Inn Hotel on I-drive!
Does anyone have any reviews about this hotel? I have read some on the internet and some are good whereas some are really bad so im a little worried!!
Also, does anyone know if there is any public transport from Orlando to a beach? We'd like to spend a day relaxing on the beach but are both too young to hire a car!#
Thanks!

Hi Disney Princess,
Days Inn on I-Drive is like our Travel Lodges but slightly better. certainly nothing to worry about.
Only transport to nearest beach would be Greyhound buses, details of all types of outings/ trips can be found in the Hotel lobby.

If it's the one i'm thinking of (used to be a Ramada) then i've stayed there and didn't like it but at the end of the day in Orlando you'll be out enjoying the parks and other attractions most of the time anyway so the hotel room is more of a place to crash and shower! If you have any concerns/problems with the hotel be sure to complain ASAP rather than after your hol as they're more likely to help at the time rather than after the fact. I'm not sure if the buses go to beach but i'm pretty sure you could do a coach trip to the beach, there seems to be tours offered for loads of places from Orlando. I just did a quick google search and gatortours.com does beach trips.. Cocoa beach is the closest to Orlando but Clearwater is nicer if you don't mind a longer journey.

Thats great! I will have a look at that website! Thanks!!
With regards to the hotel, it has apparently been refurbished in 2007 so im hoping that it is ok. But you're right that aslong as there is a place to sleep and wash then we wont be spending much time there!
