| I am trying to find out about the Capitol or Capital Coast resort hotel and spa opening summer 2008. Any info would be appreciated, location, is it in a chain etc only it is being advertised but cant find anything about it anywhere. Also any tips for car hire from paphos airport?

Looks like a new build, just a short distance West of Paphos, resort only, isolated from shops bars etc. In this part of Cyprus you need a car, not for distance but for convenience.
Several car hire companies at Paphos airport but best hire in advance in UK ie Holiday Autos and you can pick up car at Paphos airport, a popular option.

| I have just booked to go at the end of August, so fingers crossed it will be ready! Some excellent deals available...under 2k for 5 of us, 2 weeks...shop around, its worth it! If anyone knows of the cheapest car hire from paphos airport...please share!

| it a lion resort on tombs of kings road less than 1km away from west end on the tombs of kings road strip where there are plenty of bars and resturants etc within about 3km
stil lot of work to be done on the resort but usually speed up when time for completion is near
if requiore car try www.travelsupermarket.co.uk which compares number of suppliers

| we are just back from egypt and are going there next year on a vacation club holiday we have bouight into the web site we saw it looked lovely and its close to the airport apparentlty it is outstanding as we were told and has in door pool spa etc not near a beach

| saw pictures of this hotel over the weekend gone by 14th June and no way does it look as if it's going to be ready for 1st August, all you can see is concrete structure, looks like it will be another 8 to 12 months before opening. I am booked for end of October so unless anyone else thinks otherwise I will be changing I think

took some photos the other work and work is progressing .
they were putting the tiles on the pool,most balconies done and glass in etc when went past the other day.
looks like lot of work still to do but dont think they can afford to overrun. i personally think it will be finished except for few finishing touches

| i have apparently 'won' a holiday for four to this resort but know that they are linked to timeshares so not sure whether to bother accepting it - i have to pay for flights but accomodation is included. Any thoughts?
