Our Place in the Sun

Well after many years of dithering and watching A Place in the Sun in the sun we finally picked up the courage and bought our place.

We opted for Ovacik on Turkey's Turquoise coast - well what can I say - here's a try

Our beautiful duplex apartment was purchased from Prime Houses in Ovacik painlessly. Ali took control of everything. Taking us to the Solicitors, Notary and even shopping to purchase necessary furniture and fixings to set up our home.

The mangement team organise everything for us, pick up from airport, cleaning and maintenance.

The true clincher - buy direct excluding agents etc and save a minimum of 3% this covers all other expenditure (already mentioned furniture)

Hi, we did the same in Tenerife, after many lovely holidays ended up buying a holiday home in the sun, with a view of spending the winter months there in our retirement. The best thing we ever did. Going back in November, cant wait.
