Anyone been to the La Siesta Hotel?
I have just booked to go to the La Siesta hotel in PDLA the week before xmas for one week.
I have just booked for normal rooms, away from the pool. Are they as nice as the Club Alexandria rooms? Some reviews are saying that the pool view is best, others say that normal rooms are just as nice.
Can anyone clarify this for me?

Hi,
We stayed at La Siesta a few weeks ago for the second time.Its a very nice hotel in a good location.We have stayed in both types of room this year staying in a "normal" room with a pool view which was very nice.
Last year we were upgraded to A Club Alexandria as the hotel was full on the night we arrived and although inconvenient for one night we were upgraded and also given full board. It was a larger room with a spa bath but you hopefully wont be in your room to much! So i would probably stick with what you have booked.
