| We are going to Tenerife on the 2nd Feb. staying at the Ocean Resort Playa De Las Americas. I don't seem to be able to find anything about this resort other than what First Choice say.
It does look nice, we booked it on the internet.
Has anyone stayed here, any information would be much appreciated.

| Have just received out flight tickets in the post.
According to the tickets the correct name is: Ocean Resort Apartments!
I'm so excited :)

| You may find reviews under ocean palace at Costa Adeje which is where it really is. We went there in November and were in the main part of the hotel and had a super time. Our rooms were lovely and very clean as was the whole complex. Some reviews make it sound awful but it was not as far as we were concerned. The food was always well cooked if fairly plain.The table cloths are paper and drinks are served in paper or plastic cups unless you drink them in the bar or dining room. As I prefer my G&T in a glass on my balcony pre dinner then it was simple to tip it into the glasses provided in the room. The only problem we had was there was not much water on 4th floor at peak times but even that became part of the holiday judging when to get a shower before dinner! The staff were all brilliant and very friendly and we had no complaints. a quiet room with lovely views over the sea. The Ritz it isn't but we didn't pay Ritz prices to get there. Hope you enjoy you holiday.

| Thank you for the information, have looked it up and it does look lovely, and the feed back is good too. We shall have to wait and see for ourselves.

| We have just booked to go here next july, i have heard mixed reviews so i am eager to hear of anyones views after staying here.

| Hi there,
The Ocean Resort in Tenerife is a 4 star complex but we stayed in the Ocean Palace which is 3 star and still very nice.
It's at the bottom of "cardiac hill" as they call it there !
Its literally 5/10 mins walk to some nice restaurants and bars at the sea front.

| We stayed at the Ocean Resort, and would not stay there again. We thought the place was awful.
Everyone has their own opinion, it may have changed now. We did complain to the rep. and we wrote a letter of complaint. We received a voucher for £50 towards another holiday. That wasnt much considering we couldnt wash or shower properly for the whole of our holiday. I'm just glad we only booked for 7 nights and not 14.

| we are going on christmas day in a group of 13 and after reading the reviews they will ave up roar and nobody will move from reception if they dont put us in the hotel. i phoned the rep in tenerife who said no boby has complained about the nogal beach appartments ( i find that hard 2 believe) so lets wait and seeeee

| we all arrived in tenerife on christmas day to be told at the airport that 4 of us were now booked into another hotel ( we had a link booking off 13) we protested but were met with comments like would you like me to pull aroom out off a hat 4 u ( no we replyed just the room we had booked), also i explained that it was not fair to be the only woman with 3 men and ther reply was !!!!!! lucky you !!!!!!!, we also found out that people were being booked by first choice to stay at our hotel (ocean palace) and had actullay booked else where the rep we had was very rood and did nothing to help us just kept blaiming the travel agent our holiday was booked in jan 07( and ther was only 8 rooms left then) and they kept taking bookings till sept mat be later not the best hotel in the world defenatly not 4 star
