Vangelis or Melini Apartments Protaras.

I am about to book to go back to Protaras for my wedding anniversary in September. I have the choice of The Vangelis or The Melini apartments the difference in � is over 300.00 I Know they are both very central next to The Happy Days, Island Affair and the Friends Pub but when I read reviews they are making me toss and turn on the decision front. Please can anyone advise if they have stayed in these apartments. I fancy the Vangelis but it is the more expensive and BLOCK B always seems to get a really bad review. The Melini people say is very busy and very loud. All I want is a nice comfortable accomodation with a relaxing pool area and I need YOUR help to make me have a fab holiday.
