I have collected tickets at the airport many times, all you have to do is produce your holiday confirmation letter which should have been given to you when you booked or emailed to you. Tickets are usually collected from your tour operator/flight operator desk and they are usually available 3 hours before your departure.
I havent stayed at that particular place but have visited Malta a ton of times. Ive read good and bad reviews about the places Ive stayed in and havent agreed with most of the reviews. I think a lot of it is that people have different ideas of what they will get for accommodation. Malta is a lot like Greece when it comes to facilities, they give you what you need and it will be basic. Unless you are staying in a 4-5 star hotel dont expect to be wowed.
I truly believe that many people are used to the services you generally get in Spainish resorts that bow to the British tourist, then when they travel that bit further out they expect the same and when they dont get it they complain.

Malta Bargains/British Jet operate a ticketless system.

Simply show your confirmation, which will have been posted or emailed to you, at the check-in desk, and you will receive your boarding cards for the flight. The same applies on the return journey.

The Palm Court has no security at all, we were there 22 June -13 July. We had our room door forced, ransacked and several of our possessions stolen including my passport !

Hi yes i have done this 2 years ago and i did pick the ticket up from the airport. We stayed in the Palm Court Hotel and had a fantastic week, the food was fine and we found plenty to do. The hotel is very basic but i think it is good value for money. P.S if you have never been to Malta the people are wonderful i have been 5 times now and hope to go again next year.

Hope you have a good holiday Carol Bowden Nelson Lancashire
