| hi everyone booked bouganvilla apartments for august, reading all the reviews, wouldn't it frighten the live out of you lol. I booked it through travel republic so worrying that I have no rep when i get there, if i get a bad room I have no come back have anyone ever done it like I have. Do we get allocated the apartments when we arrive?? I would love some reassurance lol.
Does anyone know how much it is to upgrade to all inclusive, I have heard that it can be cheaper to do, we are self catering at the minute.
Thanks for any help!

| We certanly have alot of reviews for these apartments and have to say we went there for our first holiday abroad as a family ,loved every minute of it, quite a while ago now but still remember the place very well.
You may get all inclusive cheaper once you get there or chose to have one week all inclusive and another self catering, there are some nice places to eat out in Sa Coma.
The beach there is specially good for children, our lad learned to swim there. On the whole the apartments were very nice, it may have changed a bit now mind you, but please read through our reviews from there.

| like you booked before we read reviews we went early june 07 had our 2 kids aged 4 and5 we had a good time yes we had to get up early to get sunbeds but its the same in most places our apt was clean furniture a bit shabby but not bad we had 2 bed room would recommend a 2 bed because others said 1 bed too small i was very anxious before we went but i was happy the only major downside was the location a long walk to the resort and beach as i said we went in june and it was ok dont know what it will be like in aug

| Hi, going to Bouganvilla in August myself and booked through sunshine.co.uk.
I booked self catering because I actually rang the Bouganvilla Apartments and asked if it was possible to upgrade to All Inclusive when I got there. They said "Absolutely no problem! Only thing is from the day you decide to go All Inclusive you have to have it for the rest of the holiday!".........So, there can be no 7 days A/I and then 7 days S/C sort of thing.....but I believe you can do it the other way round i.e. have the first half of your holiday S/C and then upgrade to A/I for the rest of your stay.
The cost is 34 euros per adult and 17 euros per child (up to the age of 12yrs) per day........so it seems a much better idea to book it when you arrive in my opinion!
The reviews I've read seem to indicate that it you have children it is much better to go A/I aswell.
Hope this helps x

| Hi All,
I'm also going to the Bouganvilla apartments in August booked through Freedom Direct, I'm hoping I've done the right thing as well?? The reviews seem to be mostly positive so that's reassuring ! Any tips greatfully received.
