| I have just returned from a really chilled out 2 week holiday at Nondas apartments in San Stefanos (NW), Corfu - there is another San Stefanos in NE Corfu - it is not that one. Nondas apartments are independant, so they're not available through any package holiday company. Visit www.nondas.co.uk to see pictures, get prices and stuff. They have their own bar bistro, which is really chilled out, with hammocks, great music and the most amazing view over the bay. San Stefanos is a resort, but is is a fairly small one and will suit you if you are looking for a quiet place to stay with a nice beach, some shops, plenty of restaurants and beautiful surroundings. It won't suit you if you like clubbing and rowdiness, and you won't suit everyone else there either! San Stefanos Travel can organise day trips, boat trips, horseriding, car hire etc etc, so you will not get bored. Just don't spoil the place please because I want to go back! Enjoy.
