Ros apts

Has anyone stayed in the Ros apts. Santa Euladia My husband and I are going early May and wondered if anyone could recommend a room with a good view preferrably top floor. We are an older couple who spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony. What numbers are rooms on top floor. Knowledge of apts with no sea views would also be helpful to know.
