Car Hire In Santa Ponsa and Spanish type bars

Hi, can anyone tell me of any decent but not too expensive car hire companies in Santa Ponsa. I am going there in May of this year and am thinking of hiring car for a few days if the bus service isn't too good. Also are there any Spanish type bars in Santa Ponsa. Thanks.
