There are a lot of bars & places to eat to in Naama Bay, I'd recommend the Camel Bar above the Camel Dive Centre. It has a good atmosphere, friendly staff and a lovely roof terrace where you can sit under the stars but also watch the hustle on the streets below.
They do nice bar meals (burgers and the like) that are decent quality and reasonably priced. It's located just off the main street.
A lot of people rave about the Hard Rock Cafe. I thought it was OK but really over priced. It is pretty much exactly the same as any Hard Rock Cafe in any other country, so if that's your thing you like it.

The Hard Rock is overpriced for drinks, especially cocktails. But we found the food prices to be half that of the UK or Mexico where we had been earlier. You can't get bacon or pork, so no ribs, but steaks and enchiladas were very good
So I would recommend trying it. But get there before midnight, because after that it becomes a disco playing Europop to Russians- hardly Hard Rock!
Try the Indian resturant next to the Camel bar. Not bad food, and nice to eat in the courtyard away from the crowds.

We had a nice meal at the Lebanese restaurant opposite the hard rock cafe and a decent one at the mexican place a bit further along.

Hi - there is a British pub called The Tavern - type in the name in the search engine and they have their own website which includes a menu. There is Pacha nightclub, Buddha and Little Buddha. There are lots of restaurants including Mc D'd, pizza hut ( really cheap ), Hard Rock - 3.00 for burger and chips - TGI Fridays, a really really good cheap Mexican by Buddha, Thai, Indian etc etc. There is a hotel called Lido in Naama Bay and the restaurant On the Deck is lovely - set outside on a deck over the coral - lit up at night and you can watch all the fish. Also El Fanar - just outside Naama bay - lighthouse is great in the day and quite lively at night. Outdoor nightclub in the desert called Echo - run by Pacha I think - foam parties etc.
May see you there as we fly out again 10th June. what hotel are you staying at.

We also liked the Indian in the Camel Bar courtyard & Dragonerera Thai & Chinese on Sultan Qabas Street, off His Maj King of Bahrain Street is good.
