Holiday in October DESPERATELY NEEDED IN SHARM!!

I am going on holiday in October (6th-16th pref) with my boyfriend and another couple. We are all in our early 20s but want a relaxin holiday with stuff to do, and a nice beach!
We have heard that Sharm is a really nice place to go so i've been searching all the holidays sites for deals with no luck.
We are only wanting to spend about £500pp but would really like to go all inclusive.
When is the best time to book for the best deal, now, or closer to the date?
Anyone have any handy tips for us or any ideas.
I'm really excited about going as i havnt had a proper holiday in ages but getting down about it now 'cos i cant seem to find anything,
