We just got back from this Hotel and am posting this to warn others not to stay there. Its All Inclusive, in a fasion, i.e. the drinks are not included in the disco, the al a carte restaurants are not included, ice cream is not included, bottled drinks special coffees and international spirits are not included. We all had tummy upsets which continued when we got home. :pale: The Service is slow and poor.

We stayed at the same Resort and arrived back on Thursday 19th August.
We also suffered with Stomach Bugs which have continued since arriving back.
All inclusive did not include billiards, which cost us 1.50 for half an hour or 3.00 for an hour. With three sons this cost us alot. We were disappointed that the Health Club was not open and the Tennis Courts.
The cost of bottled water was a Joke as in the supermarkets it was half the price, but you were not allowed to bring food or drink into the hotel.
As far as the food was concerned there was not alot of choice so most of the time we went to Naama Bay to Mcdonalds or Pizza Hut.
Maybe in time the Menu will change, when more English people go over to Egypt.
The cleaners were very professional, and always made sure we had clean towels and clean rooms. The Cleaner who looked after our rooms was very polite and nothing was too much trouble for him.
Talking to other people staying at the Resort alot of people came down with the Stomach Bug.

We just got back on the 19th aswell, I agree with you the service is nearly none existant my husband had waited in the Pasta queue for 10mins! an eyptian holiday maker just walked right in front of him and immediatly got served, the menu down at the beach restaurant is all inclusive but when you go back to the hotel the same menu is charged for  we have still got tummy upsets, :pale: it's now the 23rd we also had bottles of water taken from us at the door (which I may add where from an arranged trip through Thomas Cook) This hotel is meant to be a 5* rating where on earth they got that from I will never know!!!

In most cases of All Inclusive in Egypt, the offer is not really fully all inclusive as say in the Carribean.
But to be fair, the price is also a different cup of tea.
My recommendation for Sharm, and especially the Naama Bay area, go B&B. Much more fun as you can pick and choose from a wide variety of restaurants in the Naama area.
Tummy upsets are not always due to the food. Could be the water the dishes are washed in. Could be the pool water. And, and I am not joking, it can also be the local beer. The Stella beer in Egypt is famous as a laxative, and the wine is no better.
