Is it best to change up money in egypt?
Will my adapter that I used in the Canary Islands work in egypt?
I am off on my honeymoon on the 3rd May 2008, less than 2 weeks, so excited yet worried about so much

Have replied under the tips thread;
twin round plug wotsit like in Europe.
Change money over there as rate is better but maybe take a litle local currency for the 1st 24hrs.

Hi richens
You say you are worried about so much,don't be,you will have a great time.If you carry yourself like a person who expects the world to implode any second,you will be taken for a ride! Just be self assured and you'll be fine.
The travel plugs you have will be fine,but i do prefer quavers to wotsits.Changing money? I personally don't think it makes any significant difference where you do it ....just when .....sometimes that can make a bit of a difference.
Anyway have a great honeymoon,but one question for you, are you mad,marriage that sounds far scarier than egypt.LOL

I prefer salted cashews : )
Just ask, Richens, if there's anything else.
Ramondo's right in one respect - look like you know what you're doing & you'll be fine.
