Money for Sharm?

I went to 3 different Travel agencies yesterday and they all came other with different opinions on what money to take to sharm. (£/$/EGY£/EUROS.Please could you advise me what to take for my trip next month. Are trav chqs easy to use out there and what should i get and them in? Or take my debit card and withdraw when i need it, do you get a better rate?. Thanks

However....take ££££ and a Nationwide card for free cash withdrawals from ATM's

Plz see the money section in the Tips for 1st timers thread (sticky) at the top of the forum. It advises which banks don't charge re: atm withdrawl & what money (based on majority view) to take. Yes, you get a better rate in resort by about 10%.
