Hi all

Do any of you know if it would be OK for a women to go running in the resort. I will be staying at the Conrad Hotel. Does any one know if there is a beach road or if the beach would be OK to run on.

I hope to be out by 7.am and will be going end of Sept so hopefully it should be OK tempreture wise for an early morining run.

Many thanks for your help

There is a path which runs along the beach , which is ideal for running. I did not run myself while i was there , because it was just too hot but i did see a couple of ladies jogging in the morning. The temperature was around 36 degrees at around 7 in the morning , this was at the very beginning of september though .
Hope this helps a little.

Thank you for this it has helped. I was unsure if you would be able to run outside of the complex especially as I would be in running gear and would not want to cause offence to the locals.

The weather sounds awsome - I just hope it will be slightly cooler at the end of Sept in the morning. I have a half marathon to run 2 weeks after I get back and just wanted to keep ticking over.

Many thanks

What do you go running in,that might give offence to the locals. My mind has gone off on a tangeant,to the old benny hill sketches at the end of the show.Running in a nurses/maids outfit might well do the trick.
On a serious note though,i'm sure you'll be fine
cheers ray
