Hi,
Has anyone stayed in the fragrance hotel chains in Singapore?
There is lots of them to choose from but waould like to know if its worth it!

I have stayed in the hotel Fragrance Emerald. I thought it was very good value. We paid S$52.00 and a good size air-con room with TV, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
The price is not much than a room in a backpackers hostel and the hotel and room are much better.
The Emerald is in Kalang however, which is not a fantastic area. There are lot of prostitutes around (not in the hotel though) and it's generally pretty seedy. Being Singapore it's pretty low-key though.
