Inghams Double Booked Our Chalet

Has anyone else had this experience with a travel company canceling a chalet/villa last minute? What are m rights in this situation? Inghams are offering a new chalet but in a different resort.
I have pre booked skies and a pass in La Plagne and hope t be compensated.
Any help much appreciated.
