Ski for TWO!

I am looking for what I thought would match my pretty simple requirement!
Basically, my brother and I are looking for a relatively cheap snow-sure ski holiday in January 2009. We are not too worried about accomodation type, chalet, apartment, hotel, self-catering, half board, B&B, etc.... whatever!
We just want a wide-varied amount of intermediate skiing, something to do in the evening, snow-sure, somewhere to crash, and as cheap as possible!
It's only the TWO of us, and yet we seem to be stung on every holiday enquiry for all sorts of mega-supplements!!!
Are there NO DEALS out there ????
