hello, I am working temporarily in Groningen, Holland. Anyone know where a good spot to go skiing with 2 very young kids from here would be ? Driving probably. Childminders would be good. We are all beginners. nice flat slopes.

Try Villa Talheim in Mallnitz, there are load of cheap flights with Euro operators to either salzburg or klagenfurt - the skiing is great and there's something for everyone. there are ski schools for kids , swimming pools, Bios centre skating, etc etc all wrapped up in fantastic scenery and not over full or over priced - it has Uk owners who regulaly have dutch visitors driving over, so they should be able to help with connectiosn Have a look at the website villa-talheim.com for info -
