Alicante airport transfers

Has anyone any experience of the resort hoppa or Travel Republic shuttle buses to Benidorm? We going on Sunday for a few days and are thinking of booking this rather than a taxi as it is about �90.00 cheaper for the return journey

Yes ive used resort hoppa. Bit of difficulty returning as they were 30mins late to pick me up then did a grand tour of benidorms hotels before heading to the airport. Got me there just in time though. My family is going out on wednesday for 2 weeks with me following saturday and ive booked them with alicante airport transfers in a private taxi for �3 extra than it would cost for resort hoppa with stopping off at hotels etc.

If you use resort hoppa, it says in the terms and conditions you have to ring the day before you come back to re confirm your pick up. If you dont they dont come for you.

We used shuttledirect.com last November they are the ones that have Viajes Alameda on the side of the buses. They were very good. We did have to phone the day before we left the same as with Resort Hopper. Our transport from the airport was a small mini bus but we had a small coach on return journey. Quicker journey time into Benidorm than with the large package holiday coaches. Its worth checking out their prices. This June we are using Resort Hopper in Almeria as Shuttle Direct do not operate from there yet.
