How much spending money?

hiya!!

I know this is a tricky one as everyone is different....but we are off to La pineda (spain) soon and we are a family of four staying half-board, but would like to know around how much spending money we should take?.
We already have our Portaventura tickets, and any excursions or other tickets will be paid for by card..so this leaves other food, drinks etc (neither of us are big alcohol drinkers)..to pay for.
Any ideas?....

Hi Penny: I guess you are Mum Dad and two children. With only a mid day lunch to find and ices and evenings out I would say you'd get by with £300 spends for a week, maybe £500 for a fortnight.
This would be more than enough unless you intend buying ciggies and spirits to bring home.
Beer is much the same price as at home in Spain now, unless you go to a resort where competition is rife. Ciggies are around 32 Euros for 200.
In Salou itself we eat lunch at the Robin Hood, where you can get a nice meal for around 6 Euros. There's lots of places in the evening where you can get a burger/hot dog/chips.
